Shipping Policy
Free shipping for eligible orders. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Most customers will receive their orders within 7 business days while some will take longer. Please read the shipping policy for each item before placing your order. An email will be sent to your email address provided to inform you of any change to the order processing.
. Customers will receive their orders in a custom box at the delivery address provided at the checkout. It is your responsibility to provide your complete address including( Suites, Apart...).
Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds unless the customer has received the wrong item. In this case, the customer has to contact us by email global.trand2000@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the item. The customer has 30 days to return the item once our customer care team approves the return. If 30 days have passed since your return was approved, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless the customer received the wrong item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at global.trand2000@gmail.com.
